2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered. To process a claim for a damaged item:

  • You must provide a clear photo displaying the damage or the specific issue.

  • Once the damage is verified, we will provide instructions for your replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Anything specifically created or modified for you.

  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.
